Using engine power to charge the service battery, the Orion XS DC-DC charger combines impressive power with an ultra-compact, fanless design. Available as a 12V or 12V/24V/mixed-voltage model, it's ideal for dual-battery setups and doubles as a DC-to-DC converter for sensitive electronics.
The Orion XS supports any alternator and battery setup with configurable voltage and current, achieving 98.5% efficiency and maintaining full rated output even at 40°C. It draws a stable load from smart Euro 5/6 alternators, preventing the service battery from being undercharged. The 4-stage charging algorithm adapts to discharge depth, extending battery life across all common chemistries.
