The MultiPlus Compact is a powerful true sine wave inverter, a sophisticated battery charger with adaptive charge technology, and a high-speed AC transfer switch, all in a single compact enclosure. Models in this range span 800VA to 5000VA per module.
PowerAssist prevents overload of a limited AC source. Battery charging is automatically reduced first to avoid an overload; if demand still peaks, the unit boosts the output of a generator or shore supply with power drawn from the battery.
Uninterrupted AC power (UPS function): if grid, shore or generator power is lost, the inverter takes over the connected loads in under 20 milliseconds, fast enough that computers and other electronics keep running without disruption.
Virtually unlimited power through parallel operation: up to 6 units can run in parallel for higher output, with three-phase or split-phase operation also possible.
