The Victron MultiPlus 24/1600/40-16 combines a true sine wave inverter, an adaptive 4-stage battery charger, and a high-speed AC transfer switch in one compact enclosure. It suits a 24V self-build electrical system where you need serious mains power for demanding loads, plus a heavy-duty charger to top the battery bank back up from shore power or a generator.
The full bridge plus toroidal transformer topology has proven its reliability over many years in the field. The inverter is short-circuit proof and protected against overheating, whether from overload or high ambient temperature.
