Keep your diesel heater running at peak efficiency with this Thermoduct insulation sleeve. Designed to slide directly over 50mm and 60mm warm air ducting, it stops heat escaping through the duct walls and makes sure every bit of warm air reaches your vents where it's needed.
Built with a 3M Thinsulate inner core and a tough, hydrophobic outer fabric, it cuts external duct surface temperatures from around 100°C down to 30°C — meaning safer installs near your water pipes, wiring, and storage. You get up to 40% less heat loss through the ducting, which translates directly into faster warm-up times and lower fuel and battery consumption from your heater.
The closed-end stitching keeps the insulation in place and makes it easy to slide over APK flexible ducting without snagging the inner liner. It's hydrophobic throughout, so no mould or mildew even in damp van and marine environments. Each piece is 750mm long — use multiple pieces to cover longer runs.
