The SunPower SPR-E-Flex-100 is a 100W semi-flexible solar panel using Maxeon Gen II back-contact cells — some of the most efficient solar cells available in a flexible format. Why it works for overland and van builds: No frame, no drilling through the roof — the six stainless steel grommets let you mount it with screws or adhesive, and it flexes up to 30 degrees to follow a curved van roof or truck cab. SunPower's back-contact cell design eliminates the front busbars, giving a clean, dark appearance and higher efficiency than standard flexible panels. At 2kg it adds almost nothing to the roof load. Perfect as a permanent low-profile installation on vehicles where weight and aerodynamics matter.
