Replacment part for MAK5964.  There are 6 of these on a T244. 3 per side at the front wheels.  Its a good idea to carry at least 1 or 2 as spares. If one of these hoses fail, and they can, your  braking system fails, you cannot drive your truck.
 
There is a bush craft work around if one fails. But it should only be a short term fix.  Much better to have a spare.
