Compressed coco coir bricks — the standard cover material for composting toilets including the Air Head, Separett Weekend Prime, and any system that uses bulking agent. Each brick expands to approximately 9 litres of loose coir fibre when rehydrated with warm water.
Coir replaces peat as a sustainable, odour-controlling cover material. Used after each visit in non-fan-assisted composting toilets; also used as the primary composting medium in the Air Head solids tank. Organic, certified, and sourced from coconut husk — a byproduct of the food industry.
