The AUTOTERM Flow 5D is a diesel-powered coolant heater that integrates directly into your vehicle's water circuit — giving you independent cabin heat and engine pre-heating without any additional warm-air ducting.
Whether you're building a campervan, overlanding in winter conditions, or keeping a commercial vehicle ready in sub-zero temperatures, the Flow 5D delivers 5kW of heating output from fuel you're already carrying.
How It Works
The Flow 5D connects to your vehicle's existing coolant circuit and runs independently from the engine. That means you can:
- Pre-heat the engine before a cold start — reducing wear and extending engine life
- Warm the cabin using the vehicle's existing heating system
- Maintain coolant temperature in extreme cold without idling the engine
- Run as an auxiliary heater while driving
No warm-air ducting required. No separate heat exchanger. It works with what's already there.
Fuel & Voltage
Available in 12V and 24V versions to match your vehicle's electrical system. Both deliver identical 5kW heating output.
Maximum fuel consumption: 0.62 litres per hour — very economical for the output produced.
Suitable for coolant systems up to 30 litres.
